How could be happen that Serbian’s government to retaliate against the USA government when even the state of Serbia has majority problems that can’t be resolved without USA intervention ?
This kind of strategy is going to damage us or them?

It looks that they have a kind of loom on their requirements?
Should they relinquish from their requirements?

These are thoughtful questions.
i don't understand some of them, though. Here are my suggestions:
replace 'they' with proper noun: "Serbians", "Albanian Kosovars", "Americans", etc.
There is some confustion with word order. I think you should rewrite your questions using only one or two forms:
Will [noun/subject] + [verb] + [the rest of the sentence].
Will this kind of strategy damage us or them?
Will [The Serbs] [be] more vulnerable after an embargo?
[Why] + [is/are/do] + [subject]
[the rest of the sentence]/[verb].
Rewrite questions using (1), (3),(4),(5), (6), paying attention to word order.

a. Embargo and other strategic plans are going to be used by Serbian Government to stop Kosovo to declare the independence. So is the embargo going to affect, is this going to work?

Do you really think that this strategy it is on idea of Belgrade or it is also supported by Russia ?
In condition of free trade do you think that economic embargo will weak Kosovo ?
Can it be possible for traders from Kosovo and Serbia to make underground trade when we all know the power of Serbia ?
Can it be possible for Kosovo citizens to find another sources to pass the smuggle if Serbia government will use the embargo ?
Are Serbia government really elaborate this idea or they just wanted to do some noise about this where it is known that if they implement this they are going to have huge problems with EU and USA.
